6cl Illusionist Dry Gin
3.5cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2.5cl sugar syrup
1 egg white or 1 tbsp aquafaba
Lemon zest or sprig of lavender
Combine all ingredients (without ice) in a shaker and shake briefly to mix everything. Add ice and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with a garnish of your choice.
